On the technical front, the Hüseyin Taşcan era officially began last Friday with the signing of his contract.

Experienced coach Taşcan is no stranger to Eskişehir handball. Having worked at Mihalıççık Spor Kulübü in 2021 and 2023, Taşcan is well acquainted with the region and the dynamics of the league. The seasoned coach, expected to bring a new working culture to Odunpazarı SK through his disciplined style of play and the fighting spirit he instills on court, presented the club management with a transfer list he had prepared as soon as he took charge.

General manager Hüseyin Şenoğlu is likewise one of the established names in Eskişehir handball. A member of Eskişehir ETI's unforgettable roster in his playing days, Şenoğlu went on to gain coaching experience at clubs such as Merzifon, SELKA and Mihalıççık Spor Kulübü. Having taken over the club's administrative structure just weeks before the end of the season, Şenoğlu believes the partnership he has formed with Taşcan will give the team fresh momentum.

Odunpazarı SK's management, for its part, has clearly stated its target for the new season: finishing in the top three of the league and qualifying for the playoffs.
